Yes and no. You don't level up attributes like Fallout, but you can use the Adam you collect to get different buffs. It is definitely a type of RPG, just not the same kind as Fallout.
There should be a demo floating around out there for BioShock. You might want to download it and try it before buying it. Aero | |
