Possibly, man, possibly. I just recently found out about this game on X-Play and gave since watched the demo and trailer on IGN.com. I think that it will be more than a shoot-em-up first person shooter where the obsticle is to shoot everyone you see with no real strategy whatsoever. IT's too early to say, but I wouldn't call you crazy for thinking that it could be the best game ever made.

Bioshock looks a lot like Irrationals earlier game, System Shock 2.
If SS2 was an omen of things to come from them, then this could very well could be the best game ever made. It'll be beautiful! If it does turn out like SS2, then SuperGalaxyMan would be right in the fact that it wouldnt be just a regular shoot-em up.

The game is supposed to be a recreation of System Shock 2 when they couldn't get a renewal for the license before, if I remember correctly. I've seen some stuff anf read some long previews, and it looks like it's all leading up to another good game for the series.
Apocalypse games are always a good way to calm you down after a tough day. ------------------- Can I run around and make veiled comments about others too?

If it follows in the footsteps of SS2, quite possibly. That and Deus Ex are great examples of how fun FPS/RPG hybrids can be, really looking forward to this game.

It's about someone who discovers an underwater utopia called rapture which was made in the thirties or somethin like that. but its all run down and the people who lived there have become monsters called splicers who just wanna kill everything in sight.
Theres also these little zimbie girls who are protected by big lumbering monstrosities called "Big Daddys" who look like the 30's sea explorers. Does any of that make sense? It still looks amazing though. Free Roam.

SS2 is probably my favourite game to date (that or UFO: Enemy Unknown)
So I'm just hoping that this change from space to sea doesn't take anything away from the spooky atmos. If it is based on the original 2 games RPG elements and contains the same excellent sound, it will be a winner. NTOE: I didn't comment on the graphics because they are obviously awesome. ------------------- Asus P5N32-E SLi Plus Core 2 Quad Q6600 @2.79ghz 2GB Corsair 8500C5D Dominator @1240mhz Asus 8800 GTX 768MB @640C/1510S/2030M Sgate Barracuda 320GB 7200.10 S-ATAII
