Where is the first Gatherers Garden that you can purchase extra slots from?
I've only just started Neptune. ------------------- Asus P5N32-E SLi Plus Core 2 Quad Q6600 @2.79ghz 2GB Corsair 8500C5D Dominator @1240mhz Asus 8800 GTX 768MB @640C/1510S/2030M Sgate Barracuda 320GB 7200.10 S-ATAII

It is on the lower wharf, opposite to where you meet peachy wilkins. Basically not far from where you are as I believe you go into a room and meet Rosie then harvest/rescue a little sister then you are met by the gatherer's garden with a gene bank on the other side of the pillar

Yeah, got to that part last night. Cheers.
I was just worried that I was missing some function in the previous gatherers gardens that lets you buy slots, but obviously you buy them in the some way as plasmids / tonics when they are available ------------------- Asus P5N32-E SLi Plus Core 2 Quad Q6600 @2.79ghz 2GB Corsair 8500C5D Dominator @1240mhz Asus 8800 GTX 768MB @640C/1510S/2030M Sgate Barracuda 320GB 7200.10 S-ATAII

gotta love those extra slots. still hard trying to decide which plasmids you wanna take and which you wanna leave behind though. ive often come to areas where ive needed a certain plasmid that i havent had equipped, like with trapbolts, the best way to get rid of them is telekinesis but i could never be bothered to go back to the gene bank and get it so i just gave em a blast with electro bolt to rid myself of them.

re: Extra slots |

you can shoot them as well if need be, just aim for the arrow head sticking out of the wood/wall, that is where I tend to use normal pistol ammo
but aye it is hard to decide which plasmids you want. I finally got my 5th slot open and currently have Telekinesis, Security Bullseye, Electro-bolt, Incinerate and hypnotize big daddy In back up I have Enrage, Winter Blast and can't remember the other ------------------- ![]() ![]()

i prefer to preserve my ammo so i just use my plasmids. i love doin the 1-2 punch with plasmids and weapons but usually its my weapons i depend on most so i keep all the ammo i get for attacking.
in my plasmid slots i have electro-bolt, incinerate, telekinesis, enrage and the insect swarm. i havent got hypnotise big daddy, thats only given to you if you save the sisters right? i harvested em so i missed out on that, shame really, bet it comes in really handy. ------------------- ![]() ![]() djjimmy . t35 . com

aye great in two ways. Easy way of taking down a big daddies health or getting them killed by making them fight your enemies or simply get turrets and cams to sort them out. The second way is well a big huge tin can smelling of tuna with either proxi mines/rivet gun or kamikaze charge/uber-drill make pretty mean decent bodyguards

they do a good job of protecting the little sisters so they must do a good job protecting you. damn, i should have saved instead of harvested. but oh well, thatll come on my next playthrough.

I've not seen the point in using Hypnotise Big Daddy, as splicers attack Big Daddies on sight anyway. Just lure them towards an area that a big daddy is skulking around in then hide. has same effect and free's up a plasmid slot.
I have electrobolt2, telekenesis, inceinertate2, enrage, insect swarm2 ------------------- Asus P5N32-E SLi Plus Core 2 Quad Q6600 @2.79ghz 2GB Corsair 8500C5D Dominator @1240mhz Asus 8800 GTX 768MB @640C/1510S/2030M Sgate Barracuda 320GB 7200.10 S-ATAII

re: Extra slots |

aye but it takes awhile for the Big Daddy to react. Especially Rosie's but if you have them on your side you don't have to worry about the Big Daddy going ape on you. Also I find it quite amusing to lead my hypnotised big daddy (usually the random ones walking around) to a big daddy protecting a little sister. Shoot the one that is protecting the little sister and watch the big daddies go at it one on one
Hehe I just thought I think I might try to get a Rosie and Bouncer together and see which one wins ------------------- ![]() ![]()
