I just beat the game and got the bad ending i guess... how do I get the good ending if there is one. Do i just save all the little sisters?

Yes, you save the majority or all of the Little Sisters and you will receive the "good" ending.

Actually you have to save all of them (atleast on 360) when i played i rescued all of them except two and i still got the mean ending.
