I have two plasmids(electo and incinerate) and can acquire telekinesis. So I have to give up one of the plasmids to gain telekinesis. Can I ever have more than two? If I replace incinerate can I get it back?

Or am I missing something here?

Eventually, through obtaining ADAM, you will be able to wield more than just two Plasmids.

It's required you slot telekinesis at first, so don't sweat replacing incinerate for a while. Eventually you'll hear a fruity song constantly throughout rapture - this is a gene swap bank. From there you have access to ALL plasmids/gene tonics you've ever unlocked and can freely switch them around.

So yeah. You'll be able to use more than two later in the game if you desire so, and you will also easily gain access to incinerate later too.
