I think I came across a glitch in the game. I camer across a Big Daddy in the Hephestus level and the little sister was stood infront of it. I attacked the Bid Daddy and we comenced battle, after effeciently ending the machine the Little Sister was no where to be seen, I searched high and low throughout the level but no little sister anyone else have this problem or a similar one?

It's not a glitch, or so I should think. The Sister just ran off. About how long did it take you to kill the Daddy?

It was hypnotised first so it would attack 2 splicers for me (i was being lazy). But I looked everywhere and she was not there. My girlfriend was here to bear witness to the big daddy with no greiving sister, I would of probably not realised had she not of pointed it out.

I think the little sister dissapears when you use the big daddy hypnosis plasmid

Oh yeah, she does. How soon after you hypnoed him did you attack him? You have to wait until after he is de-hypnoed and gets a sister to attack him. I had forgotten about that.

Awww man that sucks, I've gone on now so I can't go back, just sucks I lost out on the Adam.

If you find a bathysphere you can go backwards to that level, big daddies respawn so just wait for one to appear and bang on the wall bringing the sister out.

I don't know about that. Since he never found the little sister, he hasn't messed up his chances on the achievement.

no if he waits more big daddy's should come and knock for a little sister but it might take awhile. and yea it does suck the same thing happened to me but i just walked around for a little while and another one came.

Indeed I did this. When you hypnotize a big daddy while it has a little sister in its protection. The little sister will automatically run for shelter which are those pipe ways they crawl through.

Kill the big daddy and wait for several minutes, another big daddy will come along and assume the big daddy protector role. Knocking on the pipe way and getting the little sister out

and no Xeros, they don't disappear. They run and hide until the big daddy says it is safe for them to come out again.

Yeah this happened to me in Neptune's Rapture. The third Little Sister is no where to be found, and I've been back and forth through the entire level looking for her or waiting for one to come out of a pipe, but she doesn't. Been killing Big Daddies hoping the next spawn will bring a LS, but no. I don't even have the Hypnosis plasmid yet any suggestions or tips? Is there a way to get one to come out of the pipe?
