I was just wondering if everyone from the US would mind respecting the rest of us by not posting any major spoilers, at least without using spoiler tags, in the 3 days between your release and ours?

I am not sure what there is to spoil but so many people are looking forward to this game, it would be a shame to ruin it. Would that be ok by everyone?

Sounds fine, I know I would not want anything spoiled. Maybe get Dragonite to sticky this so newcomers don`t miss it?

Could be a good idea. There is no real need for spoilers to be a problem now that we have the official tags for them. But I can just see the thread titles appearing like "OMG Big Daddies aren't real, they are ghosts and the game is a dream sequence!!" or something like that...

I also agree with this. Warn before spoiling it. You might want to create a rule thread and sticky it or something. It's a great game and I'm sure you guys will like it. Even off the DEMO I don't want to say much since not everyone has Live.

Yeah, this is cool with me. I don't have Live, but I wouldn't mind if people talked about just the demo, because I know that if I did have Live I would be playing the demo anyway and not be on here.

Fully agree, especially seeing as I'm a UKer myself. The story seems to be one of the best aspects of this game, so I'd hate to have it spoilt for me. Everyone just needs to be a bit careful with thread titles and remembering to use spoiler tags.

I plan on making an Americans only thread for first-immpressions of the game.

It may be too tempting for some people who don't have the game to look at, so make sure if you do make it to put spoiler tags around anything you feel would lessen the experience of the game for others.

I think that using spoiler tags is a better idea than having a thread which excludes entire nations of people haha.

Well, yeah. But Im talking about a first impressions thread. For us "yanks" only. Then once you guys get it you are entitled to come in if you wish.

Yeah, it'd make sense just to call it a first impressions thread. Create it when you get the game, but make sure everyone uses spoiler tags. Once we Brits get the game, we can join in the discussion.
