Bioshock: Regular Edition or Limited Edition? |
|
Did you buy the regular edition or the limited edition of Bioshock?
I bought the limited edition, which was only $5.00 more than the original edition, and the special tin looks awesome, it's well worth the extra money. | |

I got the tin edition without the Big Daddy figure, whichever edition that may be. I like the tin it comes in and I'm happy I didn't bother with the collectors edition as I don't really have any room for anything else in my bedroom haha.

I was planning on buying the LE but when I went to best buy they had about 20-30 copies of the regular and no LE. Shame, I wanted the big daddy figure.

I only got the Regular Edition, but that is all I needed, considering I bought it to play the GAME. More than worth my 60 bucks so far.

I got the regular edition, costed $109.99AUD ($10 cheaper than usual games). It came in a nice metal case.

I never saw any reason to buy a limited/legendary/super special edition of a videogame. It seems as if every other game these days has a limited edition and to me, it seems like an obvious attempt to make back some more money in today's very expensive game industry.

I've only bought two limited edition games. One was Gears of War (mainly because the tin kicked so much ass and the regular edition of the game had an absolutely horrible looking cover) and Bioshock (mainly because I was tricked in believing it would come with the soundtrack to the game). I'm glad I got the LE of Bioshock now because of the Big Daddy statue though.
