If you don't save every single Little Sister(not kill them, just never encounter or ignore), do you still get the good ending? I just want to know because I probably won't see all of the lil' brats.

You usually run into all of them through the time you have to spend in each level. I guess its quite possible that you may not want to go toe to toe with the big daddy every time though. I saved them all, so I dont know what happens if you leave one.

The ending you get doesn't depend on how many of them you encounter, though I'm curious as to whether there is a third ending to the game if you split your harvesting/saving exactly 50/50. You do however get an achievement for dealing with every one of them (I almost missed this one because I was just one little sister short on the final two levels and I spent about 30 minutes wandering the halls looking for her).

You get the good or bad ending depending on weather you harvest or rescued the majority of them. If you don't save or harvest a couple it won't matter as long as you save/harvest the rest.

Anybody tried doing 50/50 yet?

i did 50/50 and then atlas threw me down and when i came near little sister a big driller of big daddy torn threw my stomach i knew it cuz the little sister said daddy AAARGG!
