Hey,

I was looking around the internet today and i couldn't find any information on the multiplayer mode on it?. I had a quick look through the information thread and i couldn't find anything but i might have over passed it.

Any information wuld be great

PM said that there is a thing saftey if u invite them in its already turned on when u invite them in so u do no damage when its on to inoccent ppl only to bad guys.

Well from what I know

1. There is no waiting rooms (Say if you were playing with XBL on, and your friend was to if you two were in the same area at the same time you could invite him into your game via purple orb things and visa versa)

2. The person you have invited can kill your family (visa versa)

3. You can take friendly fire off and fight the friend you have invited.

4. You can help each other with quests in each others game and if you or the person you have invited finds gold or weapons in each others games you keep it in your own.

Actually before inviting the person you negotiate how much gold and experience will be split up between the both of you .

I can't remember this but is the co-op feature available off-line as well or is this only available via XB Live?

I'm pretty sure it's both. I remember Molyneux was talking about how split screen seemed to make a disconnect and it no longer felt like you were together. Which wouldn't be an issue online (both would have their own screen). I'm like 95% sure it's both local and Live co-op.

How certain are you? I keep renting games that have multiplayer, but I think that somebody got it in their head that all who buy a 360 have Live.

I have everything but a PS3, and I still can't go Live. Fable 2 had better have non-Live co-op mode for those of us who have unreliable internet connections or can't afford it.

Um they played offline coop at the E3 while showcasing some coverage. If you recall correctly there was a video where Peter and another worker were standing besides each other showcasing the combat system. So yes, offline coop is definitely in.

Edit: Head to the information thread, I've just posted a interview where offline coop is confirmed by Peter himself. Hope that helps.

Thats what I thought. I'm going to love this game even more now..
