I mentioned this in a different thread, but you need a Live account to access the bonus features, the dungeon, the cutlass, and the armor. The armor also apparantly comes with it's own energy sword. Whether or not it works I don't know. What I do know is, is that the situation sucks for those who ordered the special edition but don't have Live.

Myself for example. I've got the SE and I don't have Live. So, this sucks for me.

If you would check back to see if anyone has RESPONDED to your post, rather then SPAMMING the forum with the same question you would have seen this

Why would you need Live to gain the extra content? Isn't it already on the disk? The limited edition disk and standard edition disk are different.

ITANI: Like I said, I got an email that said "Bonus In-Game Content (Requires LIVE account) - Includes "The Hall of the Dead" Dungeon, "The Wreckager" Legendary Cutlass Weapon, and Spartan armor and energy sword". I don't have a live account and my father won't shell out the cash needed to get the account. I've been screwed over long ago, but only now did it catch up to me to a point where it meant anything big. *Sigh* Having a cheap parent and not memorizing my account number due to laziness really gets to me sometimes.

But to your question, you need a Live account to get the bonus content. *Scoffs* Man I hate how problematic the economy has gotten. He's too afraid to get Live access for one month because he thinks that its somewhere around the triple digit price range.

The info on Eb Games website says the same, you need Live to get the extra contents.

However, you dont need a Gold membership to download the contents, Silver can as well and its FREE.

Just join again and create another account.

Yeah I found out yesterday when I posted in the information thread. It's ridiculous since why the hell do you need Live to access the bonus content? It should be on the disk.

It's not that I don't have Live, but it's stupid for the people that can't have Live.

earlimoon: By my account number, I meant my bank account. I've never had a Live account. Sorry for not being more specific, I had, and still have, a lot going on in my mind.

ITANI: I hear ya. Oblivion came with the additional content on a disk, but then again, the additional content was only able to provide about three more hours to kill. At least, three hours to me.

It is stupid that you have to have live for the exta content, its like they have just rushed the release of it all and they are cutting corners, also I have a horrid feeling this wont be the only thing suffering from the rushed release.

They could of at least just put it on an exta disc sorta like Shivering Isles... But No.

Um the 360 never had an Expansion disk for Shivering Isles it was a game of the year edition.

It did, I have it... Its just like the Pc expansion but for the 360, honest no word of a lie... typ it in to 'google' if you must.

I wonder if you'll be able to go into dungeon relatively early in the game . I hope you can . I dont want to find the greatest weapon to late in the game . I rather find it kinda early so theres alot of powerful enemies i can use it on.

I think it might depend on it power.

If its like a Legendary Weapons, they might do what they did with Avo's Tear or Sword of Aeons in the last game and have it close to the end of the game.

That would be fine with me if it depended on power. I usually always try to find ways to build my characters strength up before i do too many missions in the game.

I was quite disappointed in the last game that I never really get to use the Sword of Aeons, by the time I got it, there were practically nothing, no one left to use it on.

Thats exactly my point. I totally agree with you. I hate it when you get the most powerful weapon late in the game , and have no worthy enemy to use it on.
