	_{If you buy every building in every town, and upgrade every house so it's got 5* furniture, then you might be able to net yourself the King title before the end of the game. However, it would take a very long time to do this, as you'd have to wait for a furniture store to have all the items you need, swap them out, then wait for them to restock so you can finish off the house and move on to the next one. Doing this will make it very hard to buy everything you need; if you decide to try it, you'll probably want to play the Sales/Shortage system, rather than wait for the money to trickle in from Rent payments. Also, I won't guarantee this will work, as I've not tried it myself. I don't have the patience to test it out.} -------------------
