ok, as a start,you need rasengan (normal)by beating the guy with Orochimaru with Naruto, after that, in any battle,press the clone jutsu(costs 7 chakara and only Naruto)then when its your turn,there will be a new one saying:rasengan.
getting kyuubi Rasengan's not easy though | |
