When i play superstar hall of fame mode i can't collect tokens from madden challenges. in the setting is says the madden chalenge is on but i can't change it on or off. can someone help me out???

if your meaning after you play a superstar mode game, you save and then shut off xbox 360 and your gamer level is back where it was, thats becuase you also have to save your profile, took me awhile to figure this out as well, but now im doing fine

its not that. its that i am not getting any madden challenge points. i save my profile and it still doesn't work. after i finish a game none of the madden challenge stuff comes up. its like its turned off.
