Burter? Ginyu Force Burter?!?!? You are joking right? He may be the second or third fastest fighter in the game, but he's far from one of the best, he has like no power, even with a +19 item.

I would say cell 2nd form all you need is majin seal or if you can distract your opponent and charge up to 4 ki bars then keep on useing life drain you win ( majin seal is better because it only takes 2 ki bars with it)

why does everyone like Gogeta? sure he may be good but ive beaten everyone who uses him by using Super 17

For me Ultimate Gohan is one of the strongest characters in the game. SSJ4 Gogeta as well.

ss4 gogeta is by far the best but you can get norm goku to be quite good as well, why would anyone want to play as burter?

mine would be bardock and ss1goku

Best in the game is definitely Yazhirobi. Pick him against your friend 3 or 4 times in a row and your friend will get bored of playing and quit, so you win.

I don't think it is really something you can argue about SSJ4 Gogeta is the best. He is just too fast, you don't have to know shit about combos to bust out 20 hit combos with Gogeta, not to mention he is extremely powerful and lightning fast. With just the normal Square square square square mashing you get 10 hits. Plus his blast techniques are good.
