I have found a purple car with chrome/silver trim if that's it? But I don't remember the name of it.

i have seen it twice. both times i tried to steal it and they closed the door on me and drove off; i thought that was strange.

yeah me too i saw it twice i tried to steal it but the guy floored da crap out of it and he drove it away

Well, you should have just took you grapple gun and shoot at it, then pull yourself in, kick him out and take over the car.

I havent miss jacking any car I want ever since I got that grapple gun..

Fastest car I've seen in this game so far is one that the drug dealers sell in the second island. Looks like one of those retro cars thats light purple with dark purple drug dealer faction logo. Thing is like a wingless plane
