Excelsior, Octavia, Shimizu Scuba Boy.

The three rarest vehicles in this game.
The Excelsior is the BIG jet in the last mission, the Octavia is the mystery blue jet that is said to fly around the map and featured in a preview screenshot and the Shimizu Scuba boy is the fabled mini-sub.

Anyone know anything more about these? i.e: Where to find them?

Help would be appreciated!

Thats a shame. Though, the mini-sub is definately there because it is referred to as an underwater scooter in the mission where you sink a ship. I didnt know where in the mission to find it though.

wat i found is that when you get to the harbour yo have to click the control. it will say activate when you have dobne that you will see the scooter drop in the water once that is done then jump in the water and dive down tothe under water scooter

The space shuttle thing IS in the game. I found it. it is very fast and has rockets. It is in the middle of the map next to the river in some kind of army base. there was also a green ! with it.

Go on the Just Cause game website (flash page) and go into the little alley thing (near the car/truck thing that has game info on it) and click on the hanging rag thing that has the big "3" on it.

This is the 3rd dev interview and has a whole 30seconds of movie on the minisub.

Ive had one of those also, but I had five police rank(whatever its called) and was running on the beach, I looked into the water, there were like three of them, they were awesome, and since they were in the open I could get away with one, fun to drive.

where is this control that you click? I know the harbor you r talking about about, but where is the control switch?

You have to do it in a mission, that is the only time you can have it.

Its a piece of crap anyway, I tried to get it out of the area, it got jammed in one of the raised levels at the bottom of the docking area.

i'll tell you a very rare vehicle which is unobtainable in freeroam, is a blackhand hammerbolt helicopter.

Is that the same as the Walker AH-16 Hammerbolt you find at some bases ar is it different?

yeh it's the same exept it's completely black and has the blackhand logo on it, and i'm not sure but i think it's stronger than the grey government version.
