Can someone give me some tips for writing songs?

Well, I'm remaking an original story of mine. It was a 'hit' when I first wrote it (On page 11 now) so I hope this one warrants a good review or two.

im writing a story (well aren't we all) and i cant think of what to put next.
its about four people that go in a trap door and it truns out that it leads to another world and 2 of the 4 people been there before. they have to go to this city and i cant think of how to writ it and i dont know what should happen along the way can anyone help?

I like my characters to be very, very messed in the head.
So I'm wondering if this'll work:

I want to transform my main character into, well, a sicko basically. He's going to be Necrophobic, but at the same Necrophilliac. I want to know if this is in any way possible.

Necrophobic being someone afraid of dead people? I don't think you can in any way justify that apart from giving him VERY contrasting multiple personalities.

That's like someone whose deathly afraid of / allergic to cats keeping as many cats as they possibly can.

Which is where schizophrenia or multiple personality disorder work lovely, because any two characteristics can be one

I finally started work on my first full length story. I've taken the past two weeks to sort thoughts and write down my random scratchings ect. I'm really fond of the approach I'm taking, and although it's making use of a lot of literary techniques used in the past, I'm hoping to blend them in a way that's atleast semi-refreshing and individual.

I really don't bring my work into the realms of Neoseeker anymore, but I'm bored and without anything to do with class, and noticed the Writer's Lounge still in my favorites, so alas, here I am.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to it.

thats pretty cool. i always try to write a full length story, but i always run out of ideas in the middle. im more into the short stories and such

It's not necessarily the ideas, it's the capacity, and the constitution with which you write. You can tell the same story in 20 pages as in 200.

But conversely, you couldn't tell something like Contents of a Dead Man's Pockets or Chopin's Story of an Hour (popular examples, I'd figure) over the course of a full novel.

Heh, Try living in my world, the only Muse I can get is a girl who probably doesn't care about me.

Thinking like that will get you nowhere, and will only add unneeded pressure on yourself. Someday, somewhere you will find that certain special someone. Trust me.

Well, if your muses won't find you then try make yourself something they'd like to notice. If that is too different from who you are, try to muse of someone who finds you a muse.

Aye, Truth be to that, inspiration gathers, but mine ears and eyes refuse to grasp them, so my pen cannot flow I personally blame school :/ allways the same thing day in and day out, nothing spontaneus, so ive got nothing to do on the "Spur of the moment"

I have no idea what you guys are talking about, but something tells me it's something important...

Many times I've tried to write a full novel, as in, more than 20 pages long (I'm only 13, meh), and my 'childrens'story, Monkey Steve, well I hope it to gather more than 20 pages...
