Ive read the first chapter of your story angel and i must say you have changed you style, its even better than i remember, i also like how you laid it out with the song extract at the beginning of each paragraph, stylish. Also looked at the poetry you got goin, nice. The afternotes are a nice touch as well, think more people should show us whats going on inside their head as they write it, hell it could help others find inspiration.

Anyways i am gonna type up a story, still tryin to work the vampire thing, my writings gotten darker i think so hope when i put it up, that it is a good read. If that fails another fantasy story.

I'd appreciate if some people could read through my stories I've done so far (there are links in my sig) and perhaps offer some tips on how I can improve them, even though they seem to be doing good so far. One issue I'd especially be interested in getting advice on is enhancing chemistry between characters especially in my latest story, as I'll be putting a romance angle in there and I'm not too good at that kind of writing. OK, I suck at it. I could also use tips with regards to writing comedy and science fiction, as these are the main genres of my writing.

I didn't know this thread was here. Hhhmmm, now I do. I wish I could help you Noob, but I really don't see much of a problem. It's up to you to write different material. At least as far as I can see.

I'm writing a fanfiction called Emblem. How can I write fight scenes?

A couple of fight scene suggestions to get you started (based on a few I've done for my stories): First, visualize the scene you want to write about. Play it out in your imagination a few times and think about all the different outcomes, then go with what you like beat. Second, determine what style of combat you want-physical (martial arts, brawling, etc.), weapons-based (swordplay, for example) of more sci-fi (robots/mecha, futuristic weaponry).
