I replayed Red alert over the last few days to just go over the story again as i didn't remember alot of it, and then I saw the ending again and thought "WTF!?!?"

(Nadia shoots Stalin)

And Kane went out form the presence of the Lord, and took up residence in the land of Nod. You have done well to serve us and for that you should be rewarded. We estimate the Brotherhood will tier of the USSR in the early 1990s until then you will keep the peace, fight our battles were you must and you will remain our loyal and obedient servant, for the foreseeable future.”

(Kane shoots Nadia)

Kane - “The foreseeable future. Comrade Chairman, I am the future.”

After Red Alert Kane was not mentioned again in a Red Alert game. What gives?

Did EA just hope we would forget or something? Or do they actually plan to explain this link between Red Alert and the Tiberium series Command & Conquer games?

Red Alert = prequel to Command and Conquer 1 (aka Tiberian Dawn)

At least for the Soviet ending. The Allied ending is what goes into Red Alert 2, there's no mention of Kane in that campaign, so there's no mention of him in Red Alert 2.

Kane is indeed impossibly old, in fact, he's thousands upon thousands of years old. He is Cain from the bible, apparently, whether that is true or not is unknown. He is quite the mystery man, and it's safe to say that after three wars, he still has plenty of secrets left.

He certainly does have a lot of secrets. I want to know what he's up too with the scrin at end of Kane's Wrath.

During the scrin campaign you hear the overseer say "Genetic deviation unknown" when he tries to find out more about Kane, so even the scrin don't know who he is, which is kind of disturbing in a way.
