Hey i just completed gdi final mission. But there is a bug, whether i use a liquid tib bomb or ion cannon, i get the same happy ending.
I have read that a patch fixes the problem but will the patch corrupt my profile containing intel data base, saved games and transmission log.

Well i found the solution to the bug in my unpatched version.
I palyed from a saved point before using ion cannon. I then immendiately used liquid tiberium bomb on the node. The mission ended with the bad ending.
The reason for bug is the game shows video on the basis of which superweapon(ion cannon or liquid tiberium bomb) fired first.
