Well, uh, they never showed him dead in the first place. I'd assume he was just unconscious.

You know if you are sick of CPU allies moving around and messing with stuff, why not cast a Don't Move/Don't Act status on them?

(FFTA2 still has those status effects, right?)

Do you guys know the exact date of when the second season starts? 00's pretty much the only anime that I've been watching. I finally gave up on Bleach after the absurd arcs and the abundant fillers.

Btw, Akira, do you know of any places to get Gundam model kits in Boston? I've had this urge to make some for a while now.

Uh, AFAIK, only TokyoKid up in the Garage at Harvard Square has em in the area, but they're kinda costly for what they have. More than likely you'll have to wait until Anime Boston rolls around, because we're sadly lacking in those kind of shops.

Spare Time Fun (or some name like that) in Marlborough has some Gundam kits though. I usually get mine from when I'm/family is in New York.

Hmmm, I think I'll have to order some online, as much as I hate doing that. Plus the stores aren't that close to me. Maybe I'll check it out once I get my car and I get some spare time.

Yeah, that would work except I didn't get a weapon with a skill that inflicts immobilize until recently. A lot of the good archer abilities seemed harder for me to get in this game.

Eventually I just beat the mission by dispatching units to do it since their success is determined by a probability equation instead of actually having to play the battle. In A2 you can dispatch characters on almost every mission except story-based ones.

I suppose. I just assumed that blowing up in outerspace = dead. Then again, that's never held particularly true in Gundam before, so I'm not really sure what I was thinking.

But the G-Arms didn't blow up. Only some control panels blew up, I think.

I'm in Wellesley, well Babson Park to be exact. You might've figured it out by now. Anyhow I go to Babson College.

Yeah, Archer skills aren't found very early in the game. In fact, you'll probably have mastered the Archer job towards the end of the game. Also, dispatch missions tend to depend on who you're sending as your party leader and the amount of MVP awards the party has received. Pretty much MVP= success rate.

Then I assume that the little animations of who your sending on the dispatch depend on the MVP status? Whenever I get pissed at a mission I just send a dispatch with the leader jumping and everyone else holding their hand up. That pretty much means you'll win.

re: {GD} It's Unbewiivable! (Get Ready...1...2...ThreWii!)

Yep, you got it. The whole MVP thing adds a bit more depth to the system. Naturally, seasoned fighters would be better off being in charge of a dispatch party instead of some newcomers.

Anyways, I've finally made up my mind about which system to get. I'm going to go ahead and pick up a 360 once I get back. After seeing my friends play Halo 3 last night, I was amazed and really wanted to get in on the action. Plus nearly all of them have Xbox Live, so it's a great way to stay in touch with them. Now I just have to decide between the Pro or the Pro 60GB package.

60GB would probably easier to find, as the 20GB is getting phased out. Dunno about what other features that it comes with that the 20 doesn't, though, to justify the extra money.

Really, I was pretty sure it blew up. I'll have to go watch the last episode again.

Oh, and I was watching QVC the other day, and they were selling a 360 Arcade with an extra controller for $400, plus shipping. I was amazed by the sheer ripoff, and the host telling some lady that Gears of War would be perfect for her sons, ages 10 and 7.

There's nothing extra. Just the extra 50 bucks for the 40 gigs. I was wondering, could I hook up my external harddrive on the 360? Cuz I still have 450 gigs left on that since I barely use it.

They probably received some pretty harsh criticism for

Wow, it took me until just now to realize what you were talking about, Akira. I feel very slow now...

Anyway, according to the IGN Wii Podcast, Renegade Kid, the developers behind Dementium the Ward and Moon, is working on a Wii game.

Assuming they stick to their genre, that makes it how many survival horrors now?
