i`m starting to really get pissed off.
everywhere i go at school, i get riddiculed for owning a Wii. i`m like "this is highschool jesus, just because the name doesn't make it bad", and my sony fanboy friends keep saying "medal gear and CoD4 and other PS3 games would never be possible on wii", "Mario is getting old, i dont like seeing the same charcter after a couple years"
Sony is freaking brainwashing people's minds. making them think their system is the best and all others suck.
i, thank god, haven't fallen under that spell, i play both my Wii and PS3 the same amount of time ( usually, one day is PS3, the other is Wii time ). i really don't see what my friends are bitching about. Wii has a greatly larger appeal rate, alright online ( they think online and headsets are a nesecity ), and some of the best Franchises ever created....even though i am mad Nintendo only inclused 512 megabytes of internal memory. i need a external ( or internal ) HDD for god's sake. brawl will be taking up so much memory it won't be funny, along with other great games coming out this year, not to mention i buy practically every Zelda and Mario game on the VC. >.<

can anyone think of any solutions to shut my friends up about bashing the Wii?

Seriously, who the hell cares what someone else thinks. They're sitting there with their PS3's having fun, and you're playing on your Wii, having fun. What more is there to it?

you dont have to go through the bashing..every..day..every period. and plus, anyone who goes through this could possibly use any advice here to defend their system.
i mean, my PS3 has plenty of flaws, i can never find a game as fast as i can on Wii. there are no games that really appeal to me on the PSN store, while every Mario,Zelda, Metroid game on the VC i will most likley buy

i actually tried showing the MP3...but it was at an area where i didn't know what the hell i was doing ( still am, i can't find any power cells >.< )
and one of my friends thinks that BRAWL will have the same hype as HALO 3, which was big at launch but it died down drastically.
