I just downloaded super mario bros 2 from the wii shop which is in the NES section but for some reason when I play that game the screen keeps moving up how do I solve that problem?

It cost me 500 points.

I have photo and video clip of it but I don't know how to post them they are in my SD card and my PC has card reader but I just don't know how to post them.

My nintendo wii is the PAL version.

I use a HD television maybe that information is useful.

I assume your Wii doesn't do this with other games, correct? It sounds more like hardware or connection problem to me, but there is no way to be sure.

My suggestions would be to make sure everything is plugged in properly with your system and TV. if nothing changes, try deleting the Channel for SMB2, and then go to the Shop Channel and re-download it for free.

And to post videos or pictures, you have to upload them to a file service like Youtube or photobucket. Then you can link directly to the objects through those sites.

I only downloaded 2 games and they are
pokemon snap-N64
super mario bros 2-NES

but only super mario bros 2 isn't working properly.

I deleted super mario bros 2 and then redownloaded but nothing its still the same.

And everything else, like the channel interface and your disc based Wii games is working fine?

I would contact Nintendo.

So how should I contact Nintendo by phone or email? This is the first time I had any problem with a game.

I hope its not a problem with my wii.

I would just email through their Website's help page. I doubt it's a problem with your Wii since everything else is working right.

Should I put on the email a video clip of how it looks like when I play?

If you want to, but I think just explaining that your screen is rolling will be good enough.
