Oh, Trucha signed discs are also unable to boot. This includes stuff like the Freeloader.

re: Homebrew Guide

Unfortunately, that also is the case.

However, if you happened to install the homebrew channel beta before updating, you will be fine.

The procedure is the same as running any other homebrew via Twilight Hack.

I would recommend doing that before you update.

re: Homebrew Guide

www.wiibrew.org have made a new twilight hack for 3.3 which will work all the same.

Only trouble is, I have the Freeloader and Brawl..

Question :S ... If I went and brought Brawl [PAL] on it's release would my import [NTSC] save data work with a PAL Brawl..?

re: Homebrew Guide

I want to do this so bad but I worked hard on one of my game files, and I'm not erasing it, and I fear that this might be against the law as Nintendo kinda did something to stop it.
Oh well.. great guide though

re: Homebrew Guide

No, all of that data, all of the boot things are stored on the SD card - you shouldn't lose anything.

Care to elaborate? How is this possible, and will anything be lost if I do?

re: Homebrew Guide

You could try Touhou Fangame its still in beta, and I'm not sure how well it will suit your tastes, but it might be worth looking at.

re: Homebrew Guide

Er, Touhou Project is a bullet hell shmup; not even close to a first person shooter.

This fanmade Touhou for the HBC looks like utter crap, though.
