as of recently, when I click the eject button, it will make the sound as if it is trying to shove a cd out, and then the sound of re-inserting it


and to get it to eject I have to tilt the wii so that the disk insertion slot is facing downward.

how can I fix this?

I don't think its fixable, send it to Ninty.

You may want to try unplugging the console for several minutes, just to see if it will clear up the problem. However, it sounds far more serious than a simple fix like that could handle, so I would just contact Nintendo. Sounds like a problem with the internal mechanisms of the disc drive.

had this problem in the beginning when i bought my wii.
i tried to push the disc a little harder when i inserted the it in the wii one time and after that it was fixed.

ive also had a slight problem a bit like this one but different... no point making a new thread tho.
its just that when i try to insert a 'wii' game the lue light comes opn and starts trying to pull in the game but then just dosnt pull in. i push it a little harder and its works but i feel like im damaging my wii slightly. but it works just like normal when i use a gamecube game...
