Their conference will depend entirely on what stuff is coming out between Jan. and Jun. of next year. If that stuff is cool, the conference will be cool. If they don't have much ready at that point, it will be disappointing.
Either way, there are like 20 awesome "hardcore" games coming out next year that I already know about, even not knowing Nintendo's lineup. It will be hard to disappoint me for next year, even if Nintendo's '09 lineup is as weak as their lineup for the end of '08. ------------------- | |

I'm hoping for a sequel to Donkey Kong 64 and remake of Donkey Kong 64 for the DS, but I doubt it.

MOTHER 3+ (MOTHER 3 Remake with new areas, sidequests, More detailed ending and 3D Graphics. Like, FF4DS like graphics quality-wise) New IP (Like, Maybe a Touch controlled Platformer? not like Kirby Canvas Curse, though. :/) Fire Emblem DS US Release date. The Kirby GC game is still supposedly in development for Wii, so it could easily be announced, the DS remake wouldn't stop that.

Don't we do this to ourselves every year? We get super pumped about what could be there, and it turns out to be either the same things we saw before, or a game/product no one really cares about. Either way, Nintendo knows they're raking in money.
