I'd imagine that they are at least planning on one. With Mario Kart Wii and the Wii Wheel and all, wouldn't a Star Fox game be perfect for the Wii? Perhaps a pilot only game, and there is a working Wii Pilot attachment or something.

According to Wikipedia, the game's objective is to save cows from the C.E.O. of the Nectar of the Goats Corporation who plan on eliminating all cow's milk and replacing it with goat's milk.
