Pfft, I was doing that before it was cool!
I don't have much else to say... Except maybe that I have an awesome idea in my head right now that's directly relevant to Phoenix Wright and Role-play fans alike. ------------------- Do you know what glue is made of? souls!

Sounds insane. I'd love to hear you try and explain it.

Requirements: One (1) populated Ace Attorny forum.
Between 6-12 (~) members. Roles Detective: The detective's role is actually much greater than the games, the Detective actually runs everything. The detective must first make up a crime, then give all the witnesses their involvement in it. He only appears in the court to explain the basics of the case, despite knowing everything about it. The Judge: The Judge's role is the smallest but is vital, he simply makes penalties (to both the prosecutor and defence) and hands down the final judgement. The Judge must be active. Whenever he posts he must include the stats (HP of the defence and prosecution and the evidence the case has already been shown). Defence: Of course, the defendant's role is exactly like that of the games, they simply call out the problems in the testimony. They must be very active. Prosecution: As you'd expect, they simply turn down what's said by the Defence. Furthermore, they team up with the witnesses (through PM) to build an argument. Must be active. Witnesses: While the Witnesses can choose their personality and profession, the Detective gets to choose the true murderer and what these people saw. But what they tell the court is entirely of their own decision, but they usually tell a lie. Accused: Not much different to a witness, gameplay wise. Conduct It's rather simple. The game is based almost entirely of testimony. Quoting your opponent and posting the contradiction is the basis of defeat. Because you can use as much creativity in your questioning as possible you could actually defeat your opponent without even citing evidence. Everyone has their own secrets, the Prosecution and Defence have secret evidence they can bring in when relevant (the Detective can make sure that it's legitimate). Of the witnesses one is the accused and one is the true culprit (but there may be rare instances where the accused really is the culprit). The Detective must make it so that there actually are condradictions to be found, mostly by giving the Defence 'secret weapons'. The detective should also make some floor plans, to help get his vision across. Really, it's just like a Phoenix Wright game but with limitless creativity. ------------------- Do you know what glue is made of? souls!

I love that idea. Whoever votes Akira immediately makes a thread in General Wii forum for this (it's easier for all of us here then) say "SUPA AWESOME THREAD IDEA!"

How do you know he is referring to "the" God?

quote bbb7002004In the context of "Thank God" and the like, it usually is referring to "the" God. In other uses such as "the snow god" or "You are god at Mario games" it isn't. The only way it wouldn't be is if he believed in multiple gods. If he is any polytheistic religion, then my apologies to Akira. But that's off topic, do you or do you not agree that Murray had an awesome idea ------------------- quote SeaNanners

I wanted to some how work in a field section, I even had some ideas for Psyche-Locks. But I dropped it. The court sections are always more fun anyway.

Still, the whole thing is useless unless we have a populated Phoenix Forum. From what I've seen, there isn't one.

Yeah, try it out in the RP forum. It's better and safer that way.
