Whenever my remote turns off, whether it be a Wii loading screen or turning off the console and trying to turn it back on, it doesn't reconnect.

I think it might have something to do the one-time connection mode thing, but I don't know how to turn it off.

Any ideas? Is there any way of disabling the One-Time Connection thing? Because I'm pretty sure it's just that.

Have you tried re-synching it?

It works fine but it randomly disconnects when the Wii comes to a loading screen or when I turn the Wii off, I have to re-sync it every single time I want to use it.

It has nothing to do with that, the one time connect thing is when you press 1 and 2 on the remote you want to add in Wii Sports or Mario Kart or whatever.

Anyway, I have no solution to your problem. Try calling Nintendo. Perhaps your remote is faulty.
