	The people here are such fanboys. The Wii is just as over rated as the PS3, if not more. Also, Nintendo is the one overpricing their products, it costs them less to make the Wii than what they're selling it for. Like guticb said, Sony is losing $250 from each system sold. 	Someone saying the PS3 isn't worth $600 doesn't necessarily mean they think it costs less than $600 to produce. And when they say the Wii is worth the $250, that doesn't mean they think it costs more than that to make. It's called personal worth. What they think it's worth in relation to their interests. And I have to say, there aren't too many people I know of that think paying $600 is worth it for a game console. There's always Sony fans, though. The proof is in the pudding, my local Gamestop sold out of Wiis and have many PS3s in stock, even though there were more Wiis than PS3s produced so far. ------------------- I've been trading ideas with intriguing men, and I I perceive an honest solution to all of your plight

	I'll NEVER buy a console priced at $600. Trying to figure out which next-gen console to get first when I'm able to afford one, the PS3 is immediately ruled out. I don't care at all if they're selling at a loss, I'm not going to pity them and buy their console. The Wii costing just $250 is excellent, and though I'd prefer more of an online experience like XBox Live offers, that price tag will likely be the reason I buy the Wii when I can. Nintendo has exclusives I like, but not all of the ones I want like GTA, and definitely doesn't have the graphics, but I don't have an HDTV in the first place and the game exclusives and the price tag make up for it. To me, the Wii is worth spending $250 on, and the PS3 is not worth me shelling out an entire $600, no matter what Sony apologists say about their precious console costing way too much to make. -------------------

But it's so much better, i cannot say it on public internet. sinse i just bought LOZ TP today, im stuck on the part where you first get the horse. where do you go next? but this is off subject. so if you had to, would you pay $500 for a wii? -------------------

	I think the Wii is worth $250, $300 is the most I'd pay for it with the internet all the functions you can do like download old games,the forecast,music, and download pictures plus you got the controller. Then it's 2x as powerful as Gamecube, but well hold off on that for now. Nintendo has done an excellent job of keeping this system at a reasonable price, balancing innovation and technology.
