Me and my sister are planning on trading in our gamecube, 10 games, and a bunch of accessories to get a Wii.

Any idea when stores are going to get some in Wii's in stock? I dont want to stand in line for a few hours, or buy an over priced on off eBay.

What are a few accessories (such as controllers and memory cards) that I should get with it?

well no matter when or where you buy make sure to call into gamestop, eb games, wal-mart, or circuit city on saturday and sunday on opening hours. This is because those days are normal restock dates and time, when you buy the wii get re-chargable batteries and a battery charger, an extra wiimote, legend of zelda: twilight princess, and call of duty 3.

As far as accessories, get the nunchuk, maybe an extra remote, and I'm not sure about others. I don't have a Wii either.

You should be able to see Wiis in stock soon since you live in the U.S.

As far as accessories go get an extra Wii Remote, extra nunchuk, also get a Sd card if you don't already have one. If you have a wireless router or the Nintendo USB connector then you will be able to access Wiiconnect24 so you should get maybe 1000 Wii points to download games with.

theyll have a brand new stock at best buy on the 21st of january (sunday) . so get yourself a wii! Uhh i would keep the gc games and controllers and memory cards to play on the wii. Get more wiimotes, nunchuks, a 1 gb sd card, Some sort of internet adapter(if you dont have wireless internet and want to play online multiplayer), Legend Of Zelda: TP, and a Wii points card to top it off! Or if your not a gazillionaire, do what i did and just scrap enough money to get the wii.
