i think it would be a great idea for nintendo, maybe about 6monthes after it comes out,for games on virtual console to be taken down in price, say like a nes game instead of being $5, be $3 or a n64 instead of being $10, 7 or 8

or even monthly, every month take the game down by like 30 cents or something

That would be good for us, but not for them. Sure they make almost 100% profit on those games because its just a file. But why would they lower an already low price?

I think it would be nice, but I doubt this will happen for a long time, if at all. Since VC has very little upfront cost, just converting already made files into downloadable versions that can be emulated on the Wii, VC is basically all profit. Most sales happen to get older products out of stock and off valuable shelf space. With VC, this is of no concern.

They may drop prices eventually to pick up extra money down the road, but I don't see that happening for a while.

It's not all profit. They had to develop the user interface to download it, had to pay a team to emulate the game (correctly), and they have to maintain servers so that people from all around the world can download them. I'm sure they're more examples, those are the only ones I could think of at the moment...
