a Wii bit of a problem. |
|
Sorry for that couldn't resist.
Anyway, my Wii has been working great for a long time. ever since launch date when I got it, I've had no problems. About a week ago, however, some trouble began. I had a couple of people over, we wanted to play Wii sports.I powered the machine on, ok that worked. The health screen comes on, looking good. But the "Press A to continue" is not there. I noticed that the remotes were properly synced and on. I tried reseting it, unplugging it, etc. but haven't had any luck so far, it just gets stuck on the health screen. Anyone know how to fix this or have any suggestions? ------------------- Guestbook{}USA forum!{}Skateboarding

try letting it get passed the health screen by itself, or try unhooking the whole thing, plugging it back in, and synching the 'motes.

Thanks for all your responses! I'm not using any strange batteries or anything.
I emailed Nintendo customer service last night, but it might be a few days before I hear anything, so I guess we'll see. I also asked about what I could do to have it fixed. Thanks for your responses. Whenever I find out more, I'll post it here. ------------------- Guestbook{}USA forum!{}Skateboarding

It's a lot quicker if you call Nintendo, trust me. I had to do it today actually.

That doesn't matter because if it's a problem with his Wii remote then the health screen would pass anyway.
Does the part at the bottom of the health screen where it says something like "Press A to Continue" blinking? -------------------
