quote Silver MirrorWell, the whole wall was ripped open. It wasn't a doorway anymore, it's now an extented piece of Hallway. I never seen throwing it a grenade, maybe it was laying a grenade on the door instead? Well, anyway, it all happened so fast an unexpected. ------------------- ![]()

Is anyone disappointed by the lack of podcasts? I thought they were going to release them on a regular basis but it's been what a month and a half and they still haven't released the second one?

Well, you can either crouch down and follow the little ring that Snake has around his body. The danger will be in red, so go in that direction. An easier method is to just follow her footprints. Once you hit her and she "inks out" and disappears, you'll see her footprints leading you to her next location. Just keep doing that and you'll be fine.

Thanks a lot, Big Boss. Didn't realize she was hiding inside a box. Let's just say she got RPG'd in the face shortly after.

putting night vision on is the easiest way, she shows up bright green.
did anybody else feel that the actual play time of this game was pretty short?after every 20mins of gameplay i had to sit down and watch a 40minute cut scene!and the action in th cutscenes wasnt half as good as some of the older mgs's. i liked the gameplay mechanics and controls, i also liked the fact i could fight and help out the rebels. also was there an explanation as to what happened to raiden beteween mgs2 and mgs4 to make him into that cyborg ninja!? all i heard was that they thought he was dead.....

Raiden was captured by the Patriots, I think, and had tests done on him just like Grey Fox did after he was recovered from Zanzibar Land. That's where the exoskeleton, white blood, and ninja moves come from.
He also drifted around the world and learned different techniques, like his scout skills. -------------------

What exactly happened in Shadow Moses? I'm at the point where I'm supposed to travel there, but I want to know about what happened there. They keep mentioning a Metal Gear REX.

quote Sixth SenseShadow Moses is where Liquid rebelled, it is where Snake met Otacon and several other important characters. Rex was the Metal Gear being developed there. Honestly though if you don't even have a passing familiarity with MGS then MGS4 must be very confusing for you. -------------------

quote Silver MirrorExtremely confusing. The only characters I knew prior to playing MGS4 were Otacon, Solid Snake, Big Boss, and Mei Ling (my personal favorite).
