In the art book that comes with the special edition of Tekken 6 it says that Kazuya can change into Devil at will.So he obviously choose not to change into Devil.

I guess they pretty much just replaced Devil Kazuya with Devil Jin, just like they replaced Jun with Asuka.

Unless Kazuya manages to take over Mishima Zaibatsu again or there's another Tekken Tag Tournament, I don't see Devil Kazuya returning.

yeh if the story supports it, then i think they can bring devil kazuya back. depends on which way the story goes.

I don't think they'll ever bring Devil back as his own character (he's basically just Kazuya with lasers and less/weaker moves). But I think that in Tekken 7, they could possibly enhance the customize feature to allow you to make Kazuya look exactly like Devil (wings, horns, eyes, tail, purple skin, etc.) while also allowing item moves such as the Third Eye giving you access to a few laser moves and the wings giving you access to a few flying moves.

Well, in case they ever did bring him back, they could just give him a lot of different moves from what Kazuya has, just like how Devil Jin has a lot of moves that Jin doesn't.
