imve been stuck for 2 months (didnt want to get help)
but i cant find the upgrade to melt ice were is it plz help ------------------- well it has to happen some day | |

You get the plasma beam on Planet Elysia, make sure the hint system is turned on in the game and it should lead you where you need to go next.

the hint system in this game is almost completely useless, i think.
on bryyo, u wont need to melt any ice. only for extra missile expansions. u get the plasma beam on elysia, its mandatory. u get it from Ghor, one the most least-epic and easiest bosses in the game. | |
