Which game is better MP1, MP2, or MP3?

I really only played MP3 but it was a REALLY good game, what do you think?

Metroid Prime was an instant classic. Metroid Prime 2 was a good game, but nowhere near as amazing as the original.

The third, while not nearly as extensive as the first, made up for it with the point-and-shoot control scheme, where you simply aim the Wii-Mote and it does half the job for you.

Since the first is being re-released onto the Wii, it should be a lot easier to compare them afterward.

prime 3 was the best of all then 1 and 2 was the worst

Prime 3 - your not on one planet all the time and the controls of the wii remote were amazing !

Prime 2 - this one had the best music and soundtrack of the primes and it was the only one that had multiplayer.

Prime 1 - Prime one had the best bosses in creativity and it had good music,beams and gameplay.

overall Prime 3 beat the snot out of the others (in my opinion.)

The Soundtrack? Really? Wasn't the Dark World always the same? I liked Prime 1's a lot more by far. Aside from Torvus' second floor, it all seemed kind of... not great. It wasn't bad, but it didn't stand out from Metroid Prime at all, and the story felt 'really' lame.

I believe that Prime 1 is the best of the lot. It had the best story pacing and atmosphere of the prime series, and maintains the Metroid style the best of the three. Both 2 and 3 go farther towards the shooter side of the spectrum, which I found to be much less fun than a pure Metroid like 1 and Super.

A lot of people would stand by MP1 as the best because it was a brand new idea. MP2 and MP3 kind of live in its shadow since players already have at least some idea of what to expect.

I'd say that I like MP3, MP2, and MP1 in that order.

Prime 3 really took you out of the ongoing flow of the game and made it seem like it was leveled and not one continues area. I like 1 the best still just because it was so interesting and new.

Agreed.

I think it is a great series that is all, i mean i couldnt pick one and say its better as they are all great in there owm ways and playing the whole series through is where these gaes really shine

Yeah, I heard that they're releasing it in August or something. I really can't wait. I'm probably going to sell my MP3 or something. I think that MP1 or 2 might be better than MP3 because one of MP3's main advantages is its controls. Since the other 2 primes will have the same controls, that advantage is pretty much eliminated. And I'm pretty sure that they wont mess them up.

They are making a trilogy! Awesome. I never played MP1 or MP2 so this would be Awesome! And I wouldn't sell my MP3 cause its got all the memory and stuff. Wait... the Wii has the memory, not the game. I still wouldnt sell it though.

I think MP2 has a good chance of being better than MP3 or MP1 because with Wii controls, its multiplayer mode will be awesome.

Wait does MP1 have multiplayer? Anyway I think if MP3 had Wifi, OMG I would play all day and night!! [If I had nothing to do that day]
