2. By using Hyper Grapple on Phaz-Ing or Phazon growths. Also, shooting rapidly slows down your constantly rising Phazon level.
3. It depends on how you think about it. Phazon Metroids can turn intangible unless they're about to attack you whereas normal metroids cant. also, 1 ice missile is enough to freeze a phazon metroid, but it takes a Charge Shot (i think) from the Ice Beam to freeze a Metroid. But i'm going to say true.

For #8, I was thinking of the attacks she only does when the Dark Echoes are alive (kill the Dark Echoes and she stops the attack), but your answer's right too.
You did get #9 right: the one that disintegrates when you open the door to Xenoresearch, the one blocking the hand scanner in the Valhalla and the one leaning on the door next to it, and a Space Pirate inside a Morphball tunnel on the Valhalla.
#6 was right. The other area is Bryyo: Ice.
Technically, you got #7 wrong, since Omega Ridley is an upgraded Meta Ridley, so it's the same guy; Helios is the only one. But I'll give you half credit on it, since it depends on whether you count Meta Ridley and Omega Ridley as the same character.

For 21, I was looking for her eyes changing color, not the scanner, but you're right. 23, it's the Annihilator/Plasma Beam appearance; the other 3 Beam configurations show up. 25, I was looking for Phazon grenades (forces you into Hyper Mode if you're not, forces you out if you are). 27, the regular Gragnols; they even look alike and come from hives. You saw through my ruse on 28 and 30 (I meant a REAL soldier).
