In the 1st ever Metroid game (Nobody will ever guess that that's Metroid 1, LOL) they stated Ridley was the last of his species. And themyoung would take who knows how long to grow, and some of them may not like the Space Pirates or being evil. No I'll stick to the theorey of either same 1, cloning or we're just imagining Ridley's existance.

maybe mp is able to clone/ reproduce ridley's. i think we may have a connetion between the 2...... there is something up w/ those two. i know they are connected. maybe ds corrupted him?

I can't see how Metroid Prime and Dark Samus have any relationship.

But Ridley might be corrupted by Dark Samus later on. Or maybe he is corrupted by falling into Phazon in MP1 (if he did fall into phazon that is).

Ridley and DS connected??? Never. There is abosulutley no relations. Ridley may have fallen into the Phazon pit and survived MP1 then became Phazon Ridley, survives MP3 and is set to appear in SM. Solved DS wouldn't corrupt Ridley since Ridley is already evil and DS isn't exactly friendly towards Space Pirates.

I agree with the fall idea. MP and DS not connected??? MP is DS (MP absorbs Phazon Suit and becomes MP). And in MP2 at the end we see MP inside of DS's suit. They're the same!!!

if you ever get 100% on MP1 it will show the phazon suit in the remains of the Metroid Prime. Then the hand will stick out, that is dark samus right there. 100% same DNA

Very true, I think thats the best secret ending there is on any fo the MP games. And whats up with the massive amounts of DS and MP and SP and then more DS. Just write out Dark Samus, its much easier to read. And BTW, you demolish ridley in the 3rd one, he didn't just fall away.
