I wish that Mother Brain was in this game, and not AU 313.

(If you say AU 313 was Mother Brain, it would have said that. Obviously it was similar to Mother Brain, but I still don't consider it MB)

granted, but it has its mechanical body from super metroid, and you can't kill it without the help of the baby metroid. (which has not been born yet!)

I wish samus could use the crystal flash techique to heal in prime 3...

granted but now you lose all misiles and can no longer go into hyper mode and only heals 3% of energy.
i wish that dark samus had a bigger role in this game.

Granted. Now the storyline becomes a boring plot in which you are constantly chasing after Dark Samus with no puzzles and challenges what-so-ever.

I wish that that there was a part in the game where you got to go to an underwater city.
