The ones on this page were really good.

I was thinking this one to be more of a transformation of Link.

Character Name: Wolf Link & Midna
What Game They are from: The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess
What their move set would look like in SSB:

Neutral B: Standard wolf spin attack

Side B: Dash from Area attack in Twilight Princess (Just the bit where he dashes at the enemy).

Up B: Howls to summon the Twilit Carrier (kind of like Wings of Icarus)
OR: Midna creates a portal to teleport Wolf Link (kind of like Farore's wind or Vanish)

Down B: Digs up items (could work to a new CD Factory).
EDIT: OR: Digs up a rupee which reflects projectiles (or beam attacks at least)

Final Smash: Fills Vessel of Light to rid the area of Twilight. Link then proceeds with his Triforce Slash.

Final Smash: Midna warps the stage into the Twilight, turning Link into a Wolf, Wolf Link and Midna will then use the area attack to hit everyone on screen.

Character Name: Giegue/Giygas

What Game They are from: Mother 1 (Japan Only), Mother 2 (Earthbound)

What their moveset would look like in SSB:

B: PSI Rockin': An attack similar to Ness' PK Flash and Lucas' PK Freeze. It moves the same way as PK Freeze, and is slightly less powerful, but covers a larger portion of the field.

>B: Inexplicable Attack: Giegue quickly shoots out a shockwave similar to PK Fire. It moves in a straight line and knocks the opponent back if it connects.

^B: PSI Brainshock: Similar to PK Thunder. Moves faster than Ness' PK Thunder and paralyzes briefly if it hits.

\/B: PSI Shield: Similar to PSI Magnet. It forms all the way around Giegue. Doesn't restore health, but quickly reflects all projectiles.

Final Smash: Giygas: Giegue transforms into Giygas and takes over the background. Just like in Earthbound, the text "You Cannot Grasp The True Form Of Giygas' Attack!" flashes on the screen as he fires a huge shockwave. Any enemy hit by it is instantly KO'd. Any enemy in the nearby vicinity takes heavy damage and knockback.
