Lol thanks, but I really want to prove it with the results I WANT >_> (top 8 pls God D: ) but yeah, gone through some tourneys, maybe not vh's or masta's level but I got the surface of it. Prolly my best tourney placing was my 1st one was 25/100 in monthly tourney with pure Mario bros. I think that was luck rofl.

I hate Kirby. and that Matchup. and his face. Too many of them showed up to this one, and my Marth is garbage so I didn't feel like doing that matchup.

We're expecting too much out of ourselves CM. Have that confidence in your ability, but don't have it to where you tell yourself you're going to do this or that, because once you get into losers bracket, and you see yourself in an 0-1 situation and you're down a stock. It all comes crashing down. Unless you have low expectations and are just playing for lulz.

Did you expect to do that well in doubles? I expected to lose first round winners and losers, like I always do, buuuuuut ended up doing pretty well.

It's like. outside. We feel we're like. oshi- on a good level. I has the skill, I can do this. But it doesn't come out when put into that situation. Needs moar seriouslys, and less friendlies. I know when I play terribly, and aren't losing because this person is tons better than me. and when I do play terribly, I get frustrated. Frustrated at my own skill level. Not saying, man... I should've won that, cause he outplayed me. It happens to everybody.

But when I got pulverized by Reflex i was like, daaaaaang Reflex ownt me lololol That is insane! When I lost to George(Beast Kirby) I was like well shiiii atleast I did good. Didn't really expect to win that anyways but it's all good. When I lost my losers bracket match, it was like. Ok. wtf. I know I can outplay this guy, I already did earlier when we were stuck in a 1v1 situation. wtf happened, this is bullshit.

That. is what's frustrating to me atleast. When I don't exhibit my best. It's not so much. placings. It's the fact that I'm highly inconsistent with my level of play. I hate the fact that I can only think things out, and actually play smart in SOME situations instead of doing this all the time.

It is stupid, and it really does suck when that happens, buuuut tons of other people already feel this situation too.

I mean it's like. Yeah, I wanna be talented in the thing that I enjoy most, and it was hard to come to terms with myself. Like I had to take a step back and think to myself "look. You aren't that good. You're average."

It's all about mindsets. idk how others mindsets work. My mindset's all about "ok, this person could probably beat me, but you know what. I got this." AND IT WORKS. Then I stray away and get all overconfident and shit, and that's when fscking JV2 stocks come in. Which is bullshit and frustrating.

Find your mindset. Don't stress it. Unless you've been going to tournaments for like a year and haven't improved, don't stress it. Despite 6 months of this shiz, I'm still like relatively new to this. Give it time to develop. Wait for that inner beast.

oh wow LMFAO! i thought i did bad LMAO. well 17/33 isn't THAT bad but still close to top 8 status but oh well. i thought i was gonna be like 26/33 lmfao.

i won against 007 i had the chance to 3 stock his marth but i was having fun looking for jab taunt upb lol.

then i lost to a close set with basic sausage whose a top d3 player, whom he always knocks me out in tourneys, i actually did pretty ok for his d3 but offstage is amazing.

then i lost to pope some random jackass whom i shoulda beaten imo cause i 2 stocked him with mario against his dk in first round then it was close set cuz he cp'd deflino / d3 and the matchup is like 8/2 then i cp'd bf with marth and he changed to dk but i had to be a *bleep*ing asshole because i forgot the cp process so he took adv of it. and it ended up with a close last hit or die gimp thing, cuz his dk bthrow'd me and i di'd up so i knew he was gonna ledgedrop bair me but i just planned on FF'd to lower corner down right blast zone and planned on db'd stall and gimp him but his bair still got me by the tip of the foot and i was like next to blast zone so i died. shit is *bleep*ing stupid. how the *bleep* did i 2 stock with mario and just barely win with marth so *bleep*ing stupid lol w/e tho. my fault for not remembering the cp process
