Menk, I'd say 55-45 MK in his matchup with Oli.

I'd say 60-40 MK

Against any good MK, once he gets in you're going to get gimped >.>

I just like how it used to be looked on as "Just spam Tornado, Oli can't do anything against it" and now we have Nair out of Tornado, Pikmin Chain, Pivot Grab... I think Olimar has the best options to deal with Nado >>.

Even his mobility keeps him out pretty well.

For the rest of the match, just dtilt until his sh-fairs, then keep him above you and spam uair.

What does DK have against the nado?

That, I think, would depend on if the MK is using it to approach or if he's using it inside you to rack damage. If he's approaching, then DK has a lot of options like up-b, u-tilt, etc. If you get caught by it though, DK can't DI out of it too well and is just forced to eat the damage.

Ftilt, reverse up tilt, fsmash, dsmash, giant punch, and down b if the tornado is on the ground.

Up b will not go through the tornado, it will just eat it up even if you get the super armor frames. It's pretty gay.

Just throw him off stage. If the MK is anything shy of being a *bleep* I'm almost certain he can gimp him fairly easily.

Because Oli's just let you throw off stage.
