I was surfing the new site and i noticed in musicians it had the guy that does the kingdom hearts music...Well could this mean a character or a map from kingdom hearts? ill post a pic in a min

We've all seen it, and though it doesn't confirm anything, there's a chance that a Kingdom Hearts character may appear in Brawl, but I doubt it because Disney own the rights to part of the game so we would need permission from them and Square.

Smash Bros Brawl is has gathered many of the biggest names in video game music on that list. They are simply skilled music writers, and may or may not be writing specific character music.

For example, just because you see John Williams as the composer for movie music, it doesn't mean that movie will be Star Wars.

Because looking at a list of composers gives away what the game will have (barring the Gooey Bomb from Cho Aniki).

If a game was on a Nintendo platform, it is eligible to be featured in the game. Thus, any game since then has an equal chance to be on Brawl. And there WAS a Kingdom Hearts game so there is a chance that Sora or anybody else in Chain of Memories to be in the game (and let's hope there IS just to spite you fanboys).

If you look at the list of musicians there's a composer from the "everybody votes channel". Though i dont think there will be mii's as playable characters.

Once AGAIN, the list of composers IS NOT A VIABLE SOURCE TO REVEAL WHAT CHARACTERS WILL BE IN THE GAME, EVEN IF THEY'RE FRICKING MIIS.

Actually that could be possible but there also could be a menu screen with the everybody votes channel music

You also got to remember that in Japan there really isn't any red tape to cut through. They are more like a family. There is no "Oh you want me to do some music for your game? Then you have to put in one of my characters in your game." If two companies have a crossover of characters or settings or music or whatever, it is because of a mutual respect for each other.

Look at Metal Gear Solid 3 and Ape Escape (I think it's three). In Metal Gear you have the mini-game "Snake verus Monkey" where as Snake you hunt down monkeys much in the same manner as in Ape Escape. While in Ape Escape, there is a mini-game where you play as a monkey dressed in Snake's outfit (From MGS2) and you have to sneak around. And you can use many of the same moves that Snake does. There are other examples, such as the crossover that Konami and Capcom did with Megaman Battle Network and Boktai.

So put it into view. Either Yoko Shimomura asked if she could do some music for the game, or she was asked, either way, I think she is more then delighted to work on one of the biggest games in this generation of consoles. (oh yeah I went there.)

Also, to further my point, my musicians don't work for one company, they get asked. So the could do music for square-enix, then turn around and then do music for Clover studios (of Okami fame).

Right for Disney parts of the game...Square acquired the rights to use Disney characters and settings in their game, and Disney got a nice chunk of change from it. But Square and Disney don't have a fifty-fifty ownership on Kingdom Hearts.

Well True enough that just because thier is a certain music playing doesn't mean that there will be a charater representing that music, but you gotta look at the past ssb games.i mean look at all the music that was in the first 2 you didn't have music unless it was associated with a character on there.
But once again that' just speculation

Don't assume what? Those are the rock-solid words used to define any other third-party character eligibility requirements to be in the game since Brawl was announced at E3 last year. The only thing you can't assume are which characters since you'll only probably need the amount of sides on either a triangle or a square to count how many third-party characters there'll be.

I know thats what i was trying to afirm! note the word "doubt"

Are you talkin' about music or the actual KH character? Either way is fine.

It can go either way, but probably not. The main music from SSBB is supposed to be by the final fantasy guys to get the epic feel. I would say other games with their artists(I.E. Golden Sun's), though, have a higher chance since it would most likely be for their stage theme. My point is that the KH music is most likely for main themes while others for stage themes. Nothing's certain, though. I could be completely wrong.
