With the inclusion of the Wii Shop theme and Mii Channel theme, it seems likely that a Wii symbol will also appear.

Perhaps the symbol of the Mii character, if there is one, is the DS symbol? I dont know how it makes complete sense, but it does make some.

We also see Brain Age music here. Dr Lobe could be a character.

If anything, The symbol will be for Brain Age, and if not, brain age's symbol will be a brain.

A theory I toyed with was that it was all games on DS that arent popular enough to have there own symbols, but that cant be correct or else Ice Climbers and Pit would just have a plain NES symbol.

yes.. and it also wouldn't make sense for them to not make a symbol.. those symbols are not very difficult to make >.>

All playable characters and stages seem to have a specific symbol related to them, since this symbol is used in the selection screens and winner screen, etc. Hence, since Pictochat is a built in function of the DS, it has a DS symbol. I DS games with slight representation, like as AT's, will just use the normal smash symbol.

No.13 has to be G&W because 14 is ice climbers and then 1-14 is all from melee.

I thought Dr. Lobe was from big brain academy, not Brain Age. Heck, i didn't even know that Brain Age was made by nintendo.

No, just because his music was there doesnt mean anything,remember there is a wii version of the game, so it must be a DS exclusive character

I think the DS symbol might be ds exclusive characters from the whole series of characters alredy in brawl,for eg.

The hunters from MPH were ONLY in MPH DS(except for sylux)

The babies,wario,peach,and DK,from yoshi island DS

Dry Bowser from new mario bros

AC WW exclusive characters

Since these characters made 1 appaerence,then they wont be AS important,and will share a ds symbol just a guess, and the way ninty is pumpin out little hints and such, i wouldnt be surprised if i am right

Anyone from one series would, as things have been going so far, have the same symbol. If someone is too small to count as being from a series... why are they here, again?

Besides, this gives me a bit more confidence in the argument about the symbol not *necessarily* meaning there's a character attatched. Of course, that might mean there's an AT or item out there... but not a character necessarily.

Also, if anything would get a symbol, it's a stage. They use the symbol in stage-selection, and Pictochat couldn't really have a Smash symbol, could it? Therefore, it might just be for the stage, and not have anything else attatched.

i could see an item for the ds symbol so ill go into a lecture of some rantage....
