after i read the thread ( which i can't find anymore) about burning ur tires down i thought i would try it at home and i dunno if any body has mentioned it yet but u can
if u stop and press reverse and accelerate and do a burn out for about a minute ur tires explode and ur left on your rims

has any one else tried this yet?

Lol yes, I actually noticed that last night ^_^

I noticed my tires smoking more as time went on (I was doing donuts). After a moment, one tire blew, and about 10 secons later, there went my other one. It was a rear wheel drive car of course, so only the back tires went to bits.....

Was funny though ^_^ Nice feature.

I've done it, i was in some piece of shit junker car sitting at a red so i decide light up the tires so I'm sitting' there black smoke and fire shooting out my exhaust a BOOM! my right rear blew out, it was kinda funny because i didn't think such could happen R* put alot of good details in this game

It's awesome when you hit another car which makes their tires burn.Then the driver getting out while on fire and rolling around lol.

Yeah. I love it, the level of detail is astonishing. I have fun doing donuts and blowing out the tires. Also, one of my tires got burst as i ran over a taxi with a Patriot, which was a nice touch. x

Oh, either shoot all the tires, or destroy the rear ones with a doughnut or whatever, and you'll be driving on you rims (after you drive a bit, the shot tires will fall apart)...

The car is actually quite fast on rims...just you know, it handles even worse than usual (but straight driving, with no turns, can lead to some good speed)....
