So I've been playing IV on my PS3 a lot again lately out of pure Summer boredom, to get some trophies. The only thing I can think as I'm playing it is, "Please GOD say we're getting L&D". I seriously am in love with that expansion pack. It really really improved on everything IV lacked, like the fiddly driving physics and the realistic storyline.

You are like me in that when you love a game, often you are more than willing to pay for another copy so you can play it on a different platform.

I have no qualms about buying a game more than once if I enjoy it. I ususally buy games that I'll play online a lot on the 360, because I have a lot of friends that I've built up over the years on XBL. I just prefer the PS3 as a console overall and I've kind of shied away from my 360 as of late.

Plus I don't see anything wrong with giving the developer that bit of extra support. If the $30 goes towards something worthwhile for Rockstar, then it's $30 well spent imo

if L&D were multiplat the only way id get it would be if my gta4 disc goes through a terrible accident(me sitting on it)

What do you mean it fixes the driving? Doesn't it only mod motorbikes? Please say it does. Bikes were un-driveable, but cars should remain unchanged!

Oh damn. I thought they'd made some worthwhile fixes, bikes in GTA IV were stupid.

Yeah, this was actually the FIRST GTA game that I not only dd not buy but never even had so much as a passing interest in. A shame, I know, but I just refuse to support Rockstar's journey down the road of realism. If they had made TLAD more like old-school GTA games, I would have had it the very second it was released, but sadly, it looks like Saint's Row is the new GTA for fans like me.

dont hold me to this, but i believe that there's a loophole in the rockstar/microsoft contract that says it's exclusive DOWNLOADABLE content, nothing is stated about a disc release of lost and damned / the ballad of gay tony. I know that there is a disc being released for xbox360, but no word yet about it coming to ps3, but i honestly feel like it will be released eventually, it's just a matter of how long. another thing is that if rockstar makes more dlc for gta4, we'll def. get that, seeing as the rockstar/microsoft contract only covers the first 2 dlc.
