behind the head and to the right AS if your riding in the back and the center of the car this way u can watch niko and his frends chat and still drive well.

driver cam were you cee the stering wheel horn botton and dash bord WITH gages that work hay they have the clocks in the apartment that work y not a dash cam .

the next cam is for when in a chopper Y IN THE H**L can u take a ride c the dash insterments controls and so on BUT when u take the controls u can not WISH u could have that cam when flying would make it more fun real and could fly it better

That last sentence made no sense to me.

I was hoping they'd include the top-down perspective just one last time, for nostalgia's sake. I actually used it a few times in GTA3, just to get the lay of the land a little bit better in a few missions. Of course, there's so much topography in GTAIV, and the presence of numerous skyscrapers and awnings would make the top-down perspective kind of useless in many situations, but I'd still like it as an option.

I never used the top down option, I didn't see the point really, except for nostalgia.

There's no dash cam on cars or helicopters, that's why you can't see it when you're driving or flying. They just didn't put it in.
