yeah i beat him i just kept on using the "power" style sword and used 'evade' a lot to try and get past his defence haha i only just beat him like 10 minites ago too. i was kind of dissapointed how long the game has lasted though.

Try to hit him on the back since he cant block it. Evade alot to.

Pretty much what everyone else said, evade but I prefer Speed attacks because you can usually get longer combos in even though they aren't as powerful.

I finally beat the game on normal mode today. Raven King was extremely hard in the third battle and it must have took me about 20 tries, his second and first fights weren't too hard. I recommend just memorizing the buttons you must press in the cut scenes and use speed stance. except when you can get a few good hits in in power stance.

Yeah, he was very hard on the third one. He blocks way too much but after figuring out his weaknesses. He's not so tough afterwards.

Seeing as I don't usually play games like this, I still haven't defeated him yet. None of my power or ranged attacks work on him, so I'm forced to use speed. I also haven't been able to combo him, either. I can't even get through his first wave of attacks, seeing as there is no health pots or anything.

I just avoid him and counter when he throes that ranged attack at me, its painfully slow, but it gets the job done.

when you see rock going at him it means that he's going to have the bomb blast and the lightning blast
